What if you could just email the people searching for “managed IT services near me” instead of paying for Google ads??
What if you could just email the people searching for “managed IT services near me” instead of paying for Google ads??
What if you could just send an email instead of having to pay for a click…
Hoping they actually visit your website…
And then hoping they fill out the “get a quote” form…
B2B websites only ever convert visitors to sales leads at a 2% clip… 3% tops. Meaning you’re probably only getting 2–3 leads for every 100 people that visit your website.
You’d have to pay for 100 clicks and pray you get 3 leads from it.
Doesn’t seem very cost effective to me.
Email is said to have an ROI of something like 40x (because it’s so cheap).
So, if you just emailed those people who’re searching “managed IT services near me” instead of praying they even click your ad…
…would it help?
Maybe you have some different keywords that you think would work better?
If someone is searching “managed IT services near me”, I would put my Roth IRA money on the fact that the majority of these people are on their way to hiring a managed services company.
If you are an IT/MSP, these are the people you should be talking to.
And if you’re already doing outbound… if you’re already cold calling, you should be targeting these people… not just a random, cold list you put together based on firmographics.
I can go on and on about “how” we can do this today and what kind of technology is used, but I don’t think you care much about that.
Some people consider a “lead” to be just name + contact info.
I consider a lead to be name + contact + behavioral info.
You don’t really care about these leads though…
You care about closed deals and new clients.
At the end of the day, for every company out there, that’s all that matters.
That person searching “managed IT services near me” may not be “seconds” away from buying, but I’d argue that it’s pretty darn close.
What would be a better Google keyword search that indicated higher buying intent? Honestly asking… I know this space, but I don’t know it nearly as much as someone who lives and breathes this every day 😅.
Whichever keyword it is, there’s a way for you to simply email these people.
You could also connect with them on social media…
And… if you’re already cold calling (or have a team doing it), have them call these people instead.
The very first question I think you should ask me is…
Is this even legal?
Yes, it is. But only in the United States. Here in the US, we’re not subject to the GDPR rules.
And if you’re wondering about the CCPA, the second letter stands for “consumer”. B2B companies aren’t affected by this.
In the United States, you can send cold emails to decision-makers. You can’t do that even in Canada.
Everything we are doing is 100% legal. But if you have specific questions you’d like answered about this, leave a comment below (or email me: kackerman@liftcertain.com) and I will get you the answer you’re looking for.
The second question I personally would want to know (if I was you) is…
How the f*&^ are you doing this?
And I could go on and on about this, but to sum it up… Our decade-old company started as a DSP and has very lucrative data partnerships. To be straight with you, I’m not even allowed to share with you who we’re partnered with here in this ad. I’m not allowed to offer up that information, but if you asked me who, specifically… I would tell you yes or no.
We took the pandemic downtime to build out a self-serve platform that shows you exactly who is searching your buying-signal keywords right now.
We call it SiteVisitor.
It’s not at all perfect, but it gets better every day. Providing this data used to just be a managed and DFY service.
But we realized there were smart marketers out there that know how to take an audience of people and turn it into revenue.
Now, SiteVisitor bridges the gap between you and your most purchase-ready prospects in a nifty little platform.
The third question I’d ask is:
“How many other companies are using this?”
There are 1,670 US-based websites using this today. Verify here: https://trends.builtwith.com/ads/RemarketStats
SiteVisitor will tell you the names of the people who are shopping right now for Managed IT Services…
It’ll tell you who’s shopping for a cybersecurity firm for their small business.
It’ll tell you if it’s a real prospect… or just a college kid working on a research paper.
It’ll tell you the names of these people… not just the company names (we don’t rely on IP address look-ups).
SiteVisitor will tell you the names of the people who are shopping right now for whatever you’re selling.
If people typically research your solution before buying it, SiteVisitor will find them.
First week of March 2021…
I was talking with a VP of Demand Generation at a $150M company and she said “holy sh*t I had no idea this was even possible… and I was one of the first users of Terminus.”
And because we’re ready to flex our muscles, we’re offering a 30-day trial of SiteVisitor.
So for an entire 30 days, you get:
✅ a custom algorithm that tracks and B2B keyword you want
✅ access to our entire B2B database
✅ person-level website visitor identification*
*See who visits your website, rank them in order by how closely they fit your ICP, and call the person who visited… or send them an email. One of the best buying signals is when someone visits your website.
We’re not accepting all applicants right now though… (some are simply too early for this level of data just like a lot of marketers don’t understand why they can’t use the same ads for PPC on social and expect to get leads lol)
You also cannot blast garbage emails at the masses and expect your calendar to fill up.
Understand that your audience consists of human beings and that they’re not just a row on a .csv file. If you understand this, you are the type of marketer who absolutely crushes it with this data.
30 days of SiteVisitor + freakishly accurate intent data customized specifically for you… for $0.
If you’re up for it, fill out the form and I’ll be in touch with you as quickly as humanly possible.
You’ll get an email from me about 10–15 mins after that will explain the next steps. Very simple. 😎
Nothing to buy… yet. You probably won’t even be able to start the trial the day we talk.
Our first conversation is going to be us getting to know each other and learning how (and if) this can even fit into your company’s equation. It would make me sick to my stomach to recommend this to someone who couldn’t use it yet.
On the second call, we’ll go over the targeting.
Basically, we’re going to sit down and discuss the keywords we have built out and determine (with you) if those keywords indicate high buying intent. (We want to find the people who are as close to buying as possible. 😎)
You’ll get 30 days of everything we’ve been building for the last decade:
✅ a custom algorithm that tracks and B2B keyword you want
✅ access to our entire B2B database
✅ person-level website visitor identification*
If you’re up for taking this for a 30-day spin, let me know.
*If you think this sounds absolutely insane, I’m sure you’ll try to make me look like a fool in the comments section. 😎
*I’m running this Facebook ad because I really don’t like adding stress to your day by cold calling and emailing you. I’m a Millennial who doesn’t like to call strangers and ask them for money. I’d rather pay $0.03 to show you this ad instead. 😁 (If you’re reading this on Medium, obviously we both know it’s not Facebook. I just wanted to braindump in this article and save it for later. If I somehow published it, it’s because I was feeling a little too confident.)
