This whole thing is stressing me out
I’m trying to build this course and it’s stressing me out. I’ve been in the game so f*cking long that I know what looks good and it’s paralyzing me.
I can tell I’ve been spending unnecessary amounts of time on things that don’t necessarily matter right now. (Branding, designs, etc)
I DO think it’s important to dedicate some time to that stuff, but I am spending far too long on it. And then I start stressing about it.
And then I go back and rework something that I already “finished”.
And then another.
And another.
I just need to get something up and collecting payments. I just need something up for sale. Keep it priced lower to start. Increase it as more gets added to the course. One step at a time. I can look at it as a built-in way to finding the right price.
There’s a specific appetite that entrepreneurs get when they’re in hyper-growth mode. I need to chase that. I had it when I was working on Datagenics. And it’s because there was something for sale. It made me want to keep pushing for better.
What I’ll do about it
I need to chase that appetite. So, I need to get something up.
I’m going to record a video of an entire campaign build. A build from the ground up. As if I’m starting from square 1 again. I’ll put this entire video up and then chop it up into different modules so people can easily reference specific points in the campaign build.
This will be my pricing structure:
[# of clients]
- 1–21 — $7
- 22–50—$47
- 51–100—$197
- 101–500—$497
- 501–1000—$997
Obv, this can be modified at any time. I just needed something to start with lol.
To-do before launching:
- make sure the domain name propogated
- set up Facebook ads account for nurturely
- create Facebook Pixel
- install Facebook Pixel
OR omg!
I could just set up my little landing page in nurturely. Keep it completely there. I was planning on running this all through DropFunnels, but I think it would be a lot easier to do it through nurturely. My main nurturely.io website will be strictly information for now. Eventually, I may migrate my courses over to make them a bit better. I just need to get something rocking. Now. :)
