This is how I plan to grow Nurturely to $10k MRR
If a price the subscription at $97 per month, I’ll need 104 users to crack $10,000 in monthly recurring revenue.
At a $197 per month price point, I’d only need to corral 50 users.

Paid ads
Let’s say it costs $200 to acquire a new user at $97 per month. At a very high level, it would take $20,800 in ad spend to get there. But then there’s churn. Not everyone is gonna stay. Some might stay on for 3 months. Others will cancel before their first rebill. It’s just part of the game.
I have no idea what my churn rate will be but decreasing that rate will be a major focus once we get going.
I really have no idea what it’ll cost to acquire a customer with paid ads, but needed a baseline to start from.
Organic
I’ve published my first blog post on the Nurturely website: 11 Tips To Optimize Your Landing Page.
This is playing the long game. We won’t see any results from this work until months or years down the road (depending on volume and consistency of course). Just need to focus on publishing value-rich content and shipping our best work. Hiring a good writer/content creator will be one of the first goals too. I can publish this stuff myself, but I’ll need help to keep up with volume.
Courses
I’m creating a few different courses to help local home service business owners get a better handle on their companies. Instead of pushing them to hire an agency, I’d rather teach them the things they can do on their own. Help them walk before they can run.
In doing this, I’ll develop a relationship with these business owners who will trust me enough to take my advice and sign up for Nurturely. Nurturely has literally everything a local home service business owner needs to grow their book of business and I can’t wait to help these folks out.
