Not everyone who visits your cleaning company’s website is going to reach out to you

Not everyone who visits your website AND is already looking for a cleaning service will end up reaching out to you. So the question becomes, what are the things I could do to help minimize that?

The only reason someone doesn’t “buy” is because they still have questions that need to be answered. These are their objections.

People don’t normally “buy” your cleaning services right from your website. If I say “buy”, that could also mean “request an estimate”.

If you could’ve cleared every possible objection they had, they would’ve bought right then and there.

If you could’ve cleared every possible objection they had, they would’ve requested an estimate right then and there.

And, sometimes, that specific person may have objections they themselves have yet to realize. Imagine the trust and credibility it could build if you show your potential client a problem they have AND THEN show they can also solve that problem by hiring you.

If you’re able to shine light on a relevant problem AND fix it right then and there, you have power. They begin to trust you. Your words become more meaningful.

If someone trusts you and is looking for a weekly cleaning service, who are they calling?

You.
