If we can’t make $100k per month per client, we‘re uninterested

If we don’t see a path for us to earn $100k per month per client, we aren’t interested.

Ok, no, not that we’re uninterested in you. Not that at all. You’re actually probably building some badass company that I’d love to hear all about. We’re just uninterested in pursuing a strategic partnership with you, at this time.

For our team to take on any kind of client, we need to see a way to make that $100k number possible.

But really, the best part is that our clients only ever send us money if it comes profit that we’ve generated. And we believe ours to be the best terms on the planet. Our clients pay us only when a promise is kept. There are no annual contracts and absolutely no monthly retainers. Think of it as buying profit. Or buying an ROI. Every time. How much profit would you buy if you could? “As much as humanly possible.”

It’s very easy for us to disqualify potential clients right off the bat. No wasted time for us or them. The second we find a disqualifier, we stop the conversation and let them know. If they want to stick around and learn more, that’s fine. But we make it clear there isn’t a fit. There’s just no sense in wasting anyone else’s time.

How to disqualify

Take your current lead cost. How much are you paying for each qualified lead? (All costs included.)

If you don’t know this, you should.

You should always have at least an idea… even if it’s not right on the nose. If we learn that someone doesn’t know their numbers to the level with think they should, it’s a no-go.

To keep it simple, let’s say your average lead cost is $100.

(I’m talking about an actual qualified, sales lead. Not just a form fill for a top-of-funnel eBook.)

Your cost per lead (CPL) is one hundred dollars and we need to see if there’s a way to hit $100k in profit.

Our short-term goal is to generate sales-ready leads for you at 40–60% less than that $100. Again, keep it simple, our short-term goal is to be able to generate qualified, sales-ready leads for $50 each.

We’ll promise to generate leads for you at $100 each.

We keep the profit between our actual lead costs compared to what we promise you.

In this specific case, we’re earning ourselves a profit of $50 PER LEAD. Just for being really f*cking good at what we do. This is routine for us. We hit or exceed our targets every time. Every. Single. Time.

For us to earn that $100k, we send you 2,000 leads.

To disqualify: I find out if their sales team could actually effectively handle this many leads over the course of a month.

You’d be shocked at how many companies—how many prominent companies—churn and burn leads like it’s no one’s business. Grossly lazy.

This is just a way for you to scale your monthly lead volume without f*cking up your overall CAC (customer acquisition costs).

This is just a bar napkin explanation. This is a very rough draft of an example… lol.

There are a ton of nuances between each company even if within the same industry. I just used these numbers for simplicity.

Think about your current lead costs. How much does it cost you and your team to generate one good qualified sales lead? If we find there’s a fit, we’ll promise to deliver sales leads that you love to close, at the same “cost” you’re already paying.

Can your sales team realistically effectively handle the influx?

We’re just not interested if there isn’t a way for us to get to the $100k mark

We’ve unlocked the digital channels that you’re struggling to unlock. For example, PPC specialists often struggle with Facebook ads (and vice versa).

You have nothing to lose and everything to gain by partnering with us. Zero financial risks, forever. If a promise is not kept, you get your money back. If you don’t profit, you don’t pay. And it’s put in writing before ever working together.
